I really don’t understand why I bother….. I’ve been busting my ass in the gym and eating right since late December (about 2/3 weeks now). Within that time, I only drank alcohol 2 or 3 times (whereas I used to do it 2/3 times a week). Workout 5-7 days a week. My goal is every day, but I know that is very hard to commit to so I need to be realistic. ONLY drink water. Alcohol is the only exception, but only once or twice a week. and a new plan to try this week: 1200 calories a day. MWF I will be doing weight training. (though I’m not sure if I’m gonna be able to make it to the gym today, fml.) So I’ve been doing a lot of reading on here and google and what not, and it seems like people are saying that in order to lose weight you need to have a caloric deficit (AKA burn more calories than you eat - eat 1,200 burn 1,700 or something along those lines) .. update!
just did another hour of cardio on the elliptical! so that on top of my run around the neighborhood equals roughly 979 calories burned today! yayyy so much for thinking i was gonna stay in bed all day again.. hahaa. anyway, time for me to do some crunches (8 minute abs anyone?!) and lunges and some other exercises i learned from classes at the gym at my school.. thennnn gonna make myself a taco...
